Chairman of the IC of Russia Instructs to Establish All Circumstances of Attempted Terrorist Attack at Humanitarian Aid Issuing Point in Kiev Oblast, Ukraine

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation A. I. Bastrykin has instructed the Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia to establish all the circumstances of the attempted terrorist attack at the humanitarian aid issuing point in Kiev Oblast, Ukraine.

The National Guard of the Russian Federation reported that when patrolling, Rosgvardiya servicemen found an improvised explosive device near the humanitarian aid issuing point in one of the settlements of Kiev Oblast. The servicemen immediately cordoned off the dangerous area and evacuated the civilian population from nearby buildings to a safe distance. Rosgvardiya sappers found out that the improvised explosive device was created using a 152-mm artillery shell.
A. I. Bastrykin has instructed investigators to collect and document the evidence and to identify all those involved in the attempted terrorist attack.
