The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed to record and investigate the fact of the preparation of the representatives of the Ukrainian nationalistic forces to conduct the public provocation in relation to Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

According to the information from open sources, in the Pervomaisky city of Kharkvoskaya oblast, the representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the nationalist battalions of Ukraine began to prepare a large provocation using chemicals. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, on the territory of the “Khimprom” plant, the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine)  officers mined the repository in which 120 tons of chlorine are located. The participants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces intend to blow up this warehouse and subsequently accuse the officials and military personnel of Russia in the issued.

A.I. Bastrykin instructed the CID of the IC of Russia to record the information about the imminent crime for the purpose of identification of the persons involved in this with the further arraigning on a criminal charge.
