Chairman of the IC of Russia Instructs to Initiate Criminal Case Against Verkhovna Rada Deputy V. A. Nalivaichenko for Calling for Violence Against Russian Servicemen

The Chairman of the IC of Russia has instructed the Central Office of the department to initiate a criminal case on the threat of murder against the Ukrainian deputy V. A. Nalivaichenko, who publicly called for violence against the Russian military.

Speaking on the air of a Ukrainian information TV channel, the Verkhovna Rada deputy Nalivaichenko announced the Ukrainian authorities' intention to physically eliminate the participants of the Russian military operation once the hostilities were over. The deputy said that if the Russian servicemen “cannot be held criminally liable, they must be eliminated regardless of their location.”

During the criminal case investigation, the investigators will take the necessary measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the abovementioned incident.
