Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructs to inspect the information about the intelligence-gathering activities of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Donbas

Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructs to examine and inspect the information about intelligence activities by the Agents of the Security and Cooperation Organization in Europe (OSCE) on the territory of the Donbas.

According to the Ministry of State Security of the Lugansk People’s Republic, the acting Officers of the Armed Forces and Police of NATO countries were sent as a part of the OSCE Mission in the Donbas. In the future, the contingent included former military officers, having experience in counter-intelligent or operational investigative activities. These intelligence officers legalized their status of diplomatic agents, which was issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and had relevant privileges and immunity.

A.I. Bastrykin  instructed to substantiate the facts of intelligence activities in the Donbas territory by OSCE representatives and to provide a legal assessment of all others, who involved in this.
