The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Main Directorate to establish the circumstances of the provocation preparations against the civilians in the Odesskaya oblast.

In accordance with the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Security Service of Ukraine is preparing another provocation in the Odessa oblast with the aim of accusing the Russian servicemen in these actions commitment. In the near future, the Ukrainian nationalists can use the uniform of the Russian servicemen and commit the spectacular executions of civilians.

The Investigative Committee of Russia will request the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation the information about the provocation preparation in Odesskaya oblast as well as the data related to other possible provocations that could be committed by the Ukrainian nationalists in Zaporozhskaya, Kharkovskaya and other regions at Easter. This information will be analyzed due to establish the persons involved in organizing provocations, and for the subsequent legal assessment of their actions.
