The Traces of committed crimes against civilians done by the military personnel of the Ukraine Armed Forces are documented during the inspection of Mariupol City Hospital

The Military Investigative Authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation launched a criminal case in accordance with the Part 1, Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of banned means and methods of warfare) against the 36 brigade military personnel of the marines of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (A-2802 military unit).

It has been established that the Commanders of the A-2802 military unit has repeatedly ordered the subordinated servicemen to make the shelling of residential buildings, of other civil infrastructure and livelihoods facilities in Mariupol, as well as to shell the civilians from the artillery weapons and other types of small arm in order to force the population to stay scared, to destabilize the activities of the Donetsk People's Republic authorities, to destabilize the  international organizations activities, as well as to influence the decision-made solutions.

During the investigation related to the committed crimes evidence collection, the Military Investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation inspected the Mariupol City Hospital No. 4, where they found dozens of dead bodies of civilians. The final number of dead will be installed after the dismounting work completion.

The work on the documentation of crimes committed by the Ukrainian soldiers continues. All actions are aimed at establishing all persons involved in the commission of the crimes. During the investigation of the criminal case on the Mariupol City Hospital inspection, all traces of the crimes committed by the Ukraine Armed Forces servicemen against civilians are documented.
