At the instruction of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the military investigators documented the artillery shelling evidences of Gorlovka gorod, located in the Donetsk People’s Republic within the criminal investigation launched into an act constituting an offence under Part. 1 Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of banned means and methods of warfare).

It was established that on the April 19, 2022, the mentioned above settlement was fired by the Armed Forces of Ukraine controlled territory from the artillery weapons. As a result, 2 detached houses were damaged, including the personal car of the local resident, which was completely destroyed by the artillery fire.

All actions are taken due to identify the persons, committed this crime, with the assistance of the Republican and the Russian Law Enforcement Authorities.
