The Investigative Committee will request the information from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on the military equipment and ammunition depots placement on the territory of civilian infrastructure facilities and near the hazardous industries.

According to reports, the Armed Forces of Ukraine placed military equipment and ammunition depots in the educational institutions of Kramatorsk. In Kharkov they installed howitzers near the residential areas, on the territory of factories with dangerous chemicals. At the same time, the evacuation of residents of nearby houses was not carried out. Similar facts were revealed on the city clinical hospital territory in Kharkov, and in the regional clinical hospital building in Odessa, where the artillery installations are located. In addition, the militants of the nationalist battalion have equipped the strongholds with ammunition depots in the building of the railway hospital in Slovyansk, where heavy military equipment has been delivered to. On the children's hospital territory in Lisichansk, the stronghold of the nationalist battalion was also equipped.

Investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee will attach the relevant documents to the investigation data of crime, committed by the Ukrainian security forces, analyze the information received and take measures to identify the initiators and executors of obviously illegal decisions.
