A Criminal Case Has Been Initiated Over the Fact of Shelling of Belgorod Oblast by the Ukrainian Military

The Main Investigative Department of the IC of Russia has initiated a criminal case over the shelling of the territory of Belgorod Oblast on the grounds of a crime under Part 3, Article 30, Paragraphs a, f, g, Part 2, Article 105, Paragraphs f, g, Part 2, Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons committed by a group of persons in a generally dangerous way; murder).

According to the investigators, on May 11, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other Ukrainian military formations fired several aimed shots from a BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system at the territory of the village of Solokhi, Belgorod Oblast. The shelling of the residential area injured 8 civilians of varying severity, one of whom died from his injuries on the way to a medical facility.

The necessary examinations have been schedules under the criminal case, all the circumstances of this crime are being established, persons from among the Ukrainian military involved in its commission are being identified.
