A criminal case is launched on the Russian RT journalists and civilians wounding in the Dokuchaevsk city of the Donetsk People’s Republic

The Main Investigation Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia launched a criminal case against the Armed Forces of Ukraine servicemen of in accordance with Part 1, Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (ill-treatment of the civilian persons, the use of banned means and methods of warfare).

It was established that on May 13, the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the other Ukrainian military formations, being near the Dokuchaevsk city in the Donetsk People's Republic, used the MLRS Uragan, and targetly fired the civilian infrastructure.

As a result of the gas station shelling, 1 person was killed, 2 persons of the RT journalist crew and 2 civilians were injured of varying severity, they were taken to the city hospital. 3 cars and 9 apartments of residential buildings in Dokuchaevsk were also damaged.

Investigators are taking measures aimed at identifying the persons involved in the crime.
