The Investigative Committee of Russia documents the shelling of Tetkino settlement in Kurskaya oblast coming from the Ukrainian side

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed to document and investigate the shelling of Tyotkino settlement in the Kurskaya oblast coming up from the Ukrainian side.

According to the available information, on May 17, 2022, the Ukrainian armed formations shelled a border checkpoint located in the Tyotkino urban-type settlement in the Glushkovsky rayon of Kurskaya oblast. The sugar factory territory located on the outskirts of this settlement was also a subject to mortar fire. The fire was suppressed by the response actions of the Border Service Officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia and the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Within the investigation of crimes committed by the Kyiv regime, the investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee will give a criminal-legal assessment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine military personnel actions, and all involved criminals will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
