Russian sailors, held as hostages in a Ukrainian port, recorded a video message asking to return them home. They reported that they are bring guarded by armed people who do not allow them to go ashore. In early February the vessel "Volgo-Balt 225" has arrived for repairs at the shipyard of the Izmail city located in Odesskaya oblast. Since the start of the special operation, the crew has been detained on board.

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigation Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to request from the Russian Foreign Ministry available information and carry out a procedural inspection, present a detailed report about the results.
