The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to launch a criminal case on the mass poisoning of children in the summer camp

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed the investigating authorities of the Russian Investigative Committee for Primorsky Krai to launch a criminal case on the mass poisoning of children in the "Yunost" summer camp. According to preliminary information, more than 40 juveniles were hospitalized.

All the circumstances of the incident will be identified within the criminal investigation.

The investigation is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
