The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia expresses kind words of support to the Officer of the department who had adopted a child

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia expressed kind words of support to the Officer of the Department who had earlier adopted a child. He noted:

«Orphans are those who had no luck from the very beginning, they are those, who do not know parental love and affection. They are the most vulnerable, defenseless, and the task of every adult is to help them a little in life, to give them hope for their happy future. In their work the Officers of the Investigative Committee of Russia pay special attention to orphans, because the motto of our Department is “There are no other people's children». But help is not limited to professional duties. There are those in our ranks who take a serious and responsible step - they welcome such children into their families without fear of any difficulties. Such a person is our friend - Colonel of Justice Maria Nikolaevna Dyatlenko, Head of the Investigative Unit for the city of Sosnovy Bor of the Investigation Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Leningradskaya oblast.  Mss. Maria Nikolaevna is an investigator with almost 20 years of work experience, within her work, she has witnessed childhood grief many times, and the idea of becoming a mother for a child who faced a difficult life situation came to her mind a long time ago. Now Maria Nikolaevna is a mother of two beautiful daughters, and I sincerely congratulate her on this event. She approached this decision responsibly and she is an example for all adults. “Do not fear anything, just do it. Your baby is waiting for you, and he or she is very hurt without a close adult relative,”says Maria Nikolaevna, and these words cause true admiration. I wish her beautiful family all the best, I wish her health and prosperity. And all of us, being her comrades-in-arms, will be there and we will provide Maria Nikolaevna with all the necessary assistance.

The Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia also instructed Mr. S.T. Sazin, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Leningradskaya oblast, to keep supporting the family and to reporting on the results.
