It is reported that, in the Reutov city, Moscovskaya oblast, the residents of apartment buildings are indignant at the intention of a Сconstruction company to start building a shopping center right outside of their outdoor space. In their complaints, citizens say that the construction of a new building will deprive them of a green zone and parking. The land, where the construction is planned, was originally considered as their adjacent territory, but by decision of the local administration, it was leased to the developer.

Residents demand to terminate the lease agreement, return the land back to municipal ownership and to stop the construction of shopping centers to the detriment of green spaces.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Starikov A.Yu., head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region, to start a procedural inspection on this fact and report on the situation accordingly.

The progress of the order execution is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
