The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to report on a number of incidents with juveniles

The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructed Mr. A.V. Sitnikov, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Irkutskaya oblast, to report on the progress of the invsetigation on leaving a child in danger and impairment of obligation of child care in Irkutsk. It was reported that a 5-year-old girl spent a day on the balcony in a locked apartment.

In addition, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Galikhanov M.F., Head of the Investigation Directorate for Samarskaya Oblast, to submit a report on the circumstances of a teenager's injury as a result of a fence falling on the embankment in Samara. The Officers of the Regional Investigative Directorate of the IC of Russia are verifying the mentioned fact.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed Mr. Larin V.A., Acting Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Belgorodskaya oblast, to submit a report on the initial investigative actions in the criminal case of attempted murder and robbery against a resident and her son from the Bessonovka settlement (Part 3, Article 30, paragraphs "a, c, h" Part 2, Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Part 4, Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Due to well-planned and well-conducted investigative actions and operational search activities, a 16-year-old local resident, suspected of committing the mentioned above crimes, was identified and detained in hot pursuit, and he confessed.
