On August 22, in the evening, in Mytishchi, the urban okrug, there was a fire in the strip-lines of the mall and the roof of the cafe. Police officers, who arrived at the scene of the fire, asked the citizens, standing next to the fire, to move to a safe distance. In their turn, the three men began to behave aggressively, after which they inflicted several blows on the police. They were detained, the Investigating Authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow oblast launched a criminal investigation (Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the near future, the investigation will petition on selecting a restraint measure against the mentioned above men.
Mr. A.I. Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. A.Yu. Starikov to submit a report on the circumstances of the crime. The investigation is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Department.
