The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia gives a number of instructions on crimes with juveniles in St. Petersburg

On August 24, 2022, motivated by molester, a 26-year-old local resident stabbed a 12-year-old girl, inflicting a cut wound on her, near one of the houses on Razvodnaya Street. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for St. Petersburg to submit a report on the criminal investigation, and the case itsels is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Department.

A video of the brutal beating, which the teenagers filmed on their phones, has been circulating on social media.
