The investigating authorities of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Kurskaya oblast are verifying the information taken from the media about the beating of two men, residents of Kursk, one of whom is a disabled person of the second group. It is reported that a beating was a result of an argument happened on the street between a group of unknown men and the victims, which were harmed.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Gusev A.B., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Kurskaya oblast, to submit a report on the circumstances of the crime.

The investigation and the results of verification are subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Department.
