The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Terentyev V.N., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, to submit a report on the progress of the criminal investigation into the fact of inflicting a fatal wound on a man in the city of Yalta.

On September 6 of this year, a dispute has broken out between three residents of Yalta, during which one of them was stabbed multiple times. Fearing responsibility, the men attempted to help the victim by taking him to a medical facility, after which they escaped. Later, the victim died from his injuries.

Investigative actions are being carried out with the participation of suspects, forensic examinations have been scheduled. All circumstances of the committed crime are identified.

The investigation and its conclusions are the subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
