Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, instructed to launch a criminal case into the shelling of the territory of Belgorod oblast by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to submit a report on the progress of the investigation.
