Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, took part in the event dedicated to the 220th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, which was held at the State Kremlin Palace. The event was attended by the President of the Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, Minister of Justice Konstantin Anatolyevich Chuichenko, as well as Heads of other Federal Ministries and Departments.
"The Ministry of Justice has broad powers, powerful legal, expert-analytical and personnel potential, and it is necessary to realize all this to the maximum", Russian Leader said, congratulating the representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on a significant date.
The participants of the event noted the importance of the Ministry of Justice in resolving large-scale state tasks and realizing the legitimate rights and interests of Russian citizens. Special congratulations were addressed to the veterans of the Ministry of Justice, who made an enormous contribution to strengthening the legal order and the formation of a respectful attitude towards the law.
