Investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation inspected the building of secondary public school in the city of Rubizhnoye, the Lugansk People's Republic, which was under fire by the Ukrainian nationalists. The polling station No. 2401 was organized there.
It was detected that the military units of Ukraine, using multiple launch rocket systems, fired at least 6 missiles at secondary school No. 10, located in Rubizhne. Human casualties were avoided. However, the school building suffered significant damage. The polling station was relocated and its work was organized elsewhere. The results of the examination will form the basis of evidence in the criminal investigation on the numerous crimes of the Kiev regime.
Also, investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia conducted an inspection of Kirovsky and Kuibyshevsky raions of the city of Donetsk, which were subjected to artillery fire.
According to the investigation, in order to intimidate the population, destabilize the activities of the authorities of the DPR, as well as influence their decisions, by order of the command of the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the civilian population, residential buildings, civilian infrastructure and life support of Donetsk. As a result of these illegal actions, two civilians born in 1986 and 1988 received shrapnel fatal wounds.
On the mentioned above fact, a criminal case was launched against unidentified servicemen of the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the offense of a crime prescribed in Part, 1 Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (ill-treatment of the civilian persons, use of banned means and methods iof warfare).
Eyewitnesses have been questioned about the circumstances of the crime. Measures are being taken to identify the persons involved in the commission of the crime.
