On social networks, an initiative group of residents of one of the houses in the Reutov city, Moscow oblast, made another appeal against the construction of an elevated pedestrian crossing, which, in their opinion, will take away parking spaces, a green zone and deprive residents of the local area. Previously, residents have already opposed the construction near their local area, which could lead to the destruction of the green zone and car parking. On the instruction of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow oblast launched a criminal case on the fact of abuse of power by employees of the city administration of Reutov (part 1, article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The decision to launch a criminal case was subsequently canceled by the city prosecutor.

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed Mr. Starikov A.Yu., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow oblast, to appeal against the decision of the prosecutor and ensure the annulment of this decision in accordance with the current legislation.
