On October 9, 2022, on the territory of the recreation center in the Novoaleksandrovo village, Mytishchi urban okrug, contracted workers dismantled the summer tent, without providing safety conditions for others in the site. Not far from the place of their work there was a man with a child. Somehow, one of the metal structures of the tent fell on the girl. She died from her injuries. The investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast launched a criminal case (Part 1, Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Starikov A.Yu., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast, to submit a report on the circumstances of the incident.

The investigation of the criminal case is a subject to control in the Main Dirctorate of the Department.
