A hot-line has been opened for participants in a special military operation, mobilized military personnel and members of their families by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the instruction of Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee.

Officers of the Russian Investigative Committee will promptly advise and assist citizens, who have contacted them, in resolving problems and issues that have arisen, including the ways of medical care receipt, due payments and other measures of social support. This will ensure comprehensive legal support and protection of their rights.
