Mr. A.I. Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed Mr. V.B. Zaripov, Acting Head of the IC for Novosibirsk Oblast, to report on the situation with the illict deal for the sale of a land allotment located on Demakova Street. It is reported that the Novosibirsk Mayor's Office sold 2.3 hectares of land at low rate for the purpose of leisure center construction instead of the planned green zone. The Arbitration Court in Novosibirsk, having considered the complaint against the verdict, confirmed the illegality of the bargain.
