The media published information about the appeal of a number of enterprises of Volgograd Oblast to the Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee in connection with the alleged "destruction of local business" by a monopoly Company. This company, according to entrepreneurs and representatives of municipal enterprises, began to massively file lawsuits against them demanding to pay off the debt for allegedly negative impact on the operation of the centralized sewerage system. For large enterprises, we are talking about millions of rubles per quarter, the debt of municipal schools and institutions is estimated at tens of thousands of rubles. Due to such lawsuits, a number of enterprises are forced to enter bankruptcy proceedings.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Semenov V.I., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Volgograd Oblast, to report on the situation.
