The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructs to arrange a direct telephone line in the Territorial and Military Directorates of the Department for participants in a Special Military Operation, mobilized and their families


On the instruction of Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has arranged and operates a hotline for participants in a Special Military Operation, mobilized military personnel and members of their families.

Citizens can contact the Department by multi-channel phone - 8-800-100-12-60 (number 5 in the voice menu). The hotline is open 24/7 and is free of charge.

In connection with numerous appeals from citizens on issues of interest and in order to promptly resolve them, the Head of the Department instructed the Heads of the Territorial Investigative Directorates and the Main Military Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee to arrange a similar communication channel.

Officers of the divisions of the IC of Russia will promptly assist the citizens who have applied in solving the problems that have arisen.

The execution of the instruction is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department. The Chairman of the IC of Russia instructed to submit a report on the results of the work carried out to arrange the mentioned above communication channels.
