The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to submit a report on the collected evidence in a criminal case of fraud in Moscow Oblast

The Federal Channel aired a story criticizing the criminal investigarion on fraud in an especially large scale (Part 4, Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) previously investigated by the Investigating Authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow Oblast against the former Director, former Accountant and Cleaning lady of the children's youth swimming school in Mytishchi, and the court has already proclaimed a guilty verdict.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Starikov A.Yu., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast, to provide a report on the set of investigative actions carried out in a criminal case, the evidence base collected, and the arguments voiced in the news story.
