On the air of one of the Federal TV channels the day before, there was a story that the residents of one of the multi-storey buildings in Moscow cannot find justice for their neighbor, who for several years breaks the elevators and seals the cameras installed by them, despite the court decisions already issued in favor of the residents. It was noted that Law Enforcement Agencies and Local Self-Government cannot resolve this situation.
According to the facts set out in the story, the Investigating Authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow organized an inspection. Investigators detect all the circumstances of the incident.
The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructed Mr. Strizhov A.A., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow to report on the situation. The inspection is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
