The Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to submit a report on a number of criminal cases investigated by the Investigating Authorities in Udmurtia

The Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Udmurt Republic previously investigated two criminal cases launched on the facts of committing crimes against sexual freedom and inviolability. In different periods of time, both of these criminal cases were considered by the court, and their defendants were proclaimed guilty verdicts.

At the same time, the mass media continue to publish materials that raise the issue of the participation of convicts in criminal groups that committed crimes not only against the sexual integrity of juveniles, but also in the financial sphere. The media noted that there was no systematic work to suppress the activities of the group.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation instructed Mr. Tugushev R.R., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Udmurt Republic, to submit a report on all the arguments presented in the media story, as well as on the circumstances previously detected during the criminal investigations.

The instruction and its execution are the subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
