Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to report on the circumstances of damage to the arch of a historic building in St. Petersburg

Today it was reported that while laying the power cable, the workers of one of the power supply Companies damaged the arch of the historical house of Chernyshev (Count A.P. Shuvalov) at 90 Moika Embankment. The building itself is a cultural heritage site, and the builders allegedly did not even have a work permit.

The Chairman of the IC of Russia instructed Ms. Parastaeva M.G., Acting Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for St. Petersburg, to clarify the circumstances of the incident, submit a report on the situation to the Main Directorate of the Department, and organize an inspection immediately in case of any grounds for that.
