The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to report on the investigation into the circumstances of the death of people as a result of an accident in Belgorod Oblast

On October 28, in Belgorod Oblast, a driver driving a Gazelle car, which provides services for the transportation of citizens, hit a URAL fuel truck. As a result of the accident, 8 passengers of the minibus died, two passengers and the driver were taken to medical facilities.

The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructed Mr. Zakharov S.A., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Belgorod Oblast, to report on the progress of the criminal investigation launched in accordance with Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (providing services that do not meet safety requirements) in connection with the death of people as a result of a traffic accident.
