The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to submit a report on the circumstances previously revealled within the inspection related to information about the eviction of citizens from a dormitory in Lipetsk Oblast

An appeal was published on social media to the Leadership of the Russian Investigative Committee on the situation with the eviction of residents, including a wheelchair user, from the dormitory located in the Gryazi city, Lipetsk Oblast. It was noted that due to temporary registration as a migrant, she is denied benefits, the court decided to evict the woman, and subsequently she ended up in intensive care and is in serious condition there. The Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Lipetsk Oblast is conducting an investigation on this fact.

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed Mr. E.V. Shapovalov, Head of the Investigative Directorate for Lipetsk Oblast, to submit a report on the ongoing verification activities, the circumstances detected during the inspection and the measures taken to protect the rights of citizens.
