In Chelyabinsk, during an argument with juveniles in public transport, a man pushed a boy and a girl out of a stopped bus. The juvenile suffered a head injury, while falling from a vehicle.

The Head of the Department instructed Mr. P.G. Reshetnikov, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Chelyabinsk Oblast, to submit a report on this incident. The execution of the order is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
