One of the Telegram channels published an appeal from a resident of Novosibirsk, which reports that on the morning of November 7, 2022, a classmate inflicted bodily injuries to her 12-year-old son in one of the city schools. Despite the fact that the child complained to the staff of the Educational Institution about the pain, the teacher did not take him to a medical worker and did not call an ambulance. According to this report, the Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Novosibirsk Oblast organized a pre-investigation inspection.

During the inspection, the investigators will study all the circumstances of the incident and give a legal assessment of the actions of the staff of the Educational Institution in terms of negligence. The procedural decision will be taken based on the results of the inspection.

Mr. Bastrykin A.I., Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed Mr. Zaripov V.B., Acting Head of the Investigative Directorate of the ICR for Novosibirsk Oblast, to submit a report on the progress of the procedural inspection.

Its results are the subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
