The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructs to submit a report on the injury of a child in Amur Oblast

On November 7, in the Poyarkovo village, Mikhailovsky Raion, Amur Pblast, after a performance given by a travelling circus troupe a bear bit a 7-year-old boy on the shoulder, while taking pictures with the animal. On this fact, the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Amur Oblast launched a criminal investigation on the offense of a crime prescribed in Part 1, Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life or health of clients).

The Head of the Department instructed Mr. Belyansky S.Yu., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Amur Oblast, to submit a report onthe mentioned incident. The execution of the instruction is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
