The Head of the Department will be reported on the progress of the inspection on complaints from residents of Moscow Oblast about illegal development of urban areas


On the air of the federal channel, residents of the Dmitrov city, Moscow Oblast, reported their complaints about the placement of a rope park on the territory of the Dmitrov Kremlin Museum-Reserve, a lawsuit against the city administration was filed, and the court sided with the residents, so the rope structures will be dismantled. At the same time, residents report that budget funds were spent on this construction, which, in their opinion, was intended for the restoration of burnt historical buildings of the 19th century, which may have been burned deliberately. It also notes the intention to illegally, according to activists, build up the area around the Dmitrovsky Kremlin with trade pavilions. The Investigating Authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast are conducting an inspection based on the specified above information.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Starikov A.Yu., Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast, to study carefully the arguments of citizens and to submit a report on the progress of the inspection. The execution of the instruction is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
