A message was published on the Internet media, that more than 36 families may find themselves on the streets this winter time due to the fact that a third-party citizen claimed his rights on the land where an apartment building is locating. In addition, it is reported that the Krasnodar Regional Court confirmed the full right of this citizen to claim his rights to the land plot.

According to this report, the Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Krasnodar Krai initiated a procedural inspection.

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Head of the Department, instructed Mr. A.K. Maslov, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Krasnodar Krai, to report on the circumstances of the incident.

The inspection and its results are the subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Department.
