The Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia will be reported on the progress of verification on the inadequate housing conditions for a family with a disabled child in Irkutsk

Social media reports that a family with a disabled child from Irkutsk lives in a barracks, which was recognized as emergency three years ago. The foundation of the house is cracking, the roof is full of pits, the walls are moldy. Persons of no fixed abode are the neighbours of the mentioned family, who constantly drink, violate public order, and make fires. Local Authorities offer to move to the barracks in similar condition. The Investigating Authorities of the Russian Investigative Committee for Irkutsk Oblast organized a pre-investigation inspection on this fact.

The Head of the Department instructed Mr. Sitnikov A.V., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the ICR for Irkutsk Oblast, to submit a report on the progress of the ongoing procedural inspection and measures taken to restore the rights of citizens.
