One of television programs told a story about a murder of a Security Guard occurred on the territory of an Educational Institution. The murder was committed by his colleague. Investigators of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Oblast have already charged a 44-year-old Security Guard with a crime prescribed in Part 4, Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (infliction of grievous bodily harm, negligently resulting in the death of the victim). On the motion of the investigation, the court imposed a restraint as custody for the Accused.

Currently, a set of investigative actions is being carried out, aimed at collecting and consolidating the evidence. It was detected that the Defendant had previously been convicted of crimes of a property nature. A fact of hiring a previously convicted person to school will be lagally assessed within the criminal investigation.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. A.Yu. Starikov, Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the ICR for Moscow Oblast to report on the progress of the criminal investigation and the detected circumstances.
