Equity holders of long-term construction from Krasnodar appeal to the Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, reporting that their apartment building currently is being prepared for demolition and it is not recognized by the Authorities as long-term construction. According to the Applicants, the documents that served as the basis for changing the category of the land plot are falsified.

Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnodar Krai organized an inspection based on the citizens appeal.

The Head of the Department instructed Mr. Maslov A.K., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnodar Krai, to report on the mentioned above facts. The inspection and its results are the subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
