According to information posted on social networks, a fifth-grader from Karachay-Cherkessia said that he had been humiliated in an educational institution for four years. The juvenile's family claims that the teacher used violence against him and did not prevent bullying by his peers, in connection with which the child refused to go to school and the family was forced to move to another locality.

The Investigative Directorate for the Karachay-Cherkess Republic organized an investigation on this.

The Head of the Department instructed Mr. Shchepkin N.V. , Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, to report on the initial results of the procedural inspection.
