The Head of the Russian Investigative Committee instructs to conduct a procedural inspection on a report of a possible violation of the housing rights of the Great Patriotic War Veteran in the Republic of Bashkortostan
Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, instructed Mr. I. G. Masallimov, Acting Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Republic of Bashkortostan, to conduct a procedural inspection based on information taken from media about possible violations of the housing rights of a 95-year-old woman.
According to the information from media, the woman was provided with an apartment with inadequate living conditions. A video downloaded on social networks recorded the absence of finishes, heating radiators and other significant failures. It was noted that the Veteran received the specified above housing after the resettlement of the house in the Tuymazy city.
The Head of the Department instructed to comprehensively study the arguments voiced in the publications and, in case of any grounds, to make a procedural decision immediately.
