On November 28, 2022, there was a suspension of heat supply to apartment buildings as a result of a breakthrough in a heating main in the Novosibirsk city. In light of the accident, 94 objects were left without heating, where 14 thousand people live. On this fact, the Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Novosibirsk Oblast organized a pre-investigative inspection.

The Chairman of the IC of Russia instructed Mr. Zaripov V.B., Acting Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Novosibirsk Oblast, to report on the progress of the procedural inspection and the detected circumstances.
