As it was published in the media, the relatives of the deceased train conductor in Perm Krai disagree with the procedural decision adopted by the Regional Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee.

On June 25, 2022, the conductor of one of the trains, while performing his duties, felt unwell, in connection with which an ambulance was called for him, and he was taken to a medical facility, where he subsequently died. The Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Perm Krai carried out a set of verification measures on the death of a man, on the basis of which it was refused to launch a criminal case.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Golovkin D.V., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Perm Krai, to submit a report on the arguments of the Applicants and on the results of the verification.
