The appeals of the Kamen-on-Ob citizens on the low temperature mode in the Educational Institutions of the city are posted on social media, and due to that fact, some classes have been transferred to distance learning. Based on mentioned above, the Investigating Authorities of the Russian Investigative Committee for Altai Krai organized a pre-investigative inspection.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Kolesnichenko I.V., Head of the investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Altai Krai, to report on the interim results of a procedural inspection intended on detecting the causes of the incident.
