The Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Volgograd Oblast are conducting a criminal investigation on the death of a juvenile launched in accordance with Part 1, Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

It was detected that as a result of a gas leak in one of the cars, a 3-year-old child died, he was inside the vehicle, and a 52-year-old man was seriously injured and hospitalized in a medical facility.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Semenov V.I., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Volgograd Oblast, to report on the mentioned above facts. The criminal investigation is a subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Department.
