A video appeal to the Head of the Investigative Committee from the residents of one of the houses in Lipetsk was distributed in the media with a request to look into the situation of their housing rights violation. As it follows from the appeal, the residents of the house have been trying to achieve their legal right to resettlement over many years. Today, their housing is unsuitable, and also it is life-threatening. The Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Lipetsk Oblast organized a pre-investigation inspection on this.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Shapovalov E.V., Head of the Regional Investigative Directorate, to submit a report on the interim results of the pre-investigative inspection on the circumstances stated in the publication.
